Paper Goods

 

Oolors house stock papers are 100% recyclable and uncoated,
perfect for a high-end print look. We currently offer two unique
uncoated paper types. They are both natural white with different
tactile characteristics and are available in a range of weights.

We selected them due to their versatility in most print methods,
essentially making the print look remarkable.

 

Oolors Snow -

The uncoated natural white paper with a silky texture that lends
a calm and clean finish to your work.

 

Oolors Bright -

A natural white paper with an impressive natural tactility
and good printability due to the cotton content in its pulp.

 

Paper notes: FSC-certified, acid-free, fully recyclable and bio-degradable.

Tech Guide

 

1. Bleed Make sure your artwork has 3mm bleed on all

sides. Bleed is a section of your artwork that's
trimmed off to cut the paper to its final size.

2. Font Create an outline around the text - will turn typed

text into a graphic, reducing the potential risk
of missing fonts. And it still looks nice and crisp.

3. Paper Here's a guide to standard paper size:

A3 - 297 x 420 mm
A4 - 210 x 297 mm
A5 - 148 x 210 mm
A6 - 108 x 148 mm
A7 - 74 x 105 mm

4. Format Let's go with PDF file format.

5. Resolution Always save images at a minimum

of 300dpi for printing.

6. Colour We generally work in the RGB colour mode on

Screen. For printing, we use four different ink
colours CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).

It's best to paper your artwork in CMYK
to avoid any nasty surprises.
